Kullanım Koşulları — Ortak Sepet: Alışveriş Listesi

Uygulama, günlük işlerinizi düzenlemenize yardımcı olmak için "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Gösterdiği hatırlatmalar, hesaplamalar ve öneriler finansal, hukuki, tıbbi veya başka bir profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Uygulama içi satın alımlar ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir ve mağaza hesap ayarlarından yönetilir. Dijital içerik satın alındığı anda teslim edildiği için Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği md. 15/1-(ğ) uyarınca cayma hakkı bulunmaz; iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına göre değerlendirilir. Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı veya başkalarını rahatsız edecek şekilde kullanmayın. Başkalarıyla paylaştığınız içeriklerden (ör. liste adları, notlar, sorular) siz sorumlusunuz: hakaret, nefret söylemi, başkasının kişisel verisi, başkasına ait telifli içerik veya hukuka aykırı içerik paylaşmayın. Bu tür içerikleri ve hak ihlallerini (telif dahil) aşağıdaki adrese bildirebilirsiniz; bildirimler incelenir ve hukuka aykırı içerik kaldırılır. İletişim: support@foxperstudios.com

Ortak evdeki içerik. Ortak bir evde yazdığınız ev, liste, ürün, market ve yemek adları, notlar ve görünen adınız evin öteki üyelerine görünür; bu içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hakaret, nefret söylemi, taciz, tehdit, cinsel ya da şiddet içeren, yasa dışı veya başkasının kişisel verisini içeren içeriğe ve bu tür davranışlara hiçbir şekilde izin verilmez. Uygulama, metinleri kaydetmeden önce cihazınızda kısa bir küfür ve hakaret listesiyle denetler ve listedeki kelimeleri gösterirken gizler. Her üye uygunsuz içeriği "Sorun bildir" ile bize bildirebilir ve bir üyeyi "Çıkar ve engelle" ile evden çıkarıp engelleyebilir. Bildirimleri 24 saat içinde inceleriz; bu koşullara aykırı içeriği kaldırır, paylaşan üyeyi evden çıkarıp engelleyebilir ve gerektiğinde hizmete erişimini durdurabiliriz. The app is provided "as is" to help you organize everyday things; its reminders, calculations and suggestions are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. In-app purchases are subject to the respective store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and are managed in your store account settings. Digital content is delivered as soon as you buy it, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15(1)(ğ)); refund requests follow the respective store's rules. Do not use the app unlawfully or to harass others. You are responsible for content you share with others (e.g. list names, notes, questions): do not share insults, hate speech, other people's personal data, someone else's copyrighted material or other unlawful content. Content in a shared home. The names of homes, lists, items, stores and meals, the notes and the display name you write in a shared home are visible to the other members of that home; you are responsible for this content. There is no tolerance for content or behaviour that is abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, unlawful or that contains someone else's personal data. Before a text is saved, the app checks it on your device against a short list of offensive words and hides listed words when it shows them. Every member can report inappropriate content to us with "Report a problem" and can remove and block a member with "Remove and block". We review reports within 24 hours; we remove content that breaks these terms, may remove and block the member who posted it and, where needed, may suspend their access to the service.
